(Chairman & Managing Director) It gives me immense pleasure to share the highlights of the Chandan group, which is crossing new boundaries and scaling greater heights. I am pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the most diversified healthcare group in the field of Diagnostic, Retail Pharmacy and Hospital. Chandan is proud to serve over 2 million patients every year. Chandan has already served more than 15 Million patients since inception.

Chandan group is consisting of-

Chandan Healthcare Limited- The flagship company of Chandan group deals with the chain of Diagnostic Centres in the name of Chandan Diagnostic Centre and Indra Diagnostic Centre in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi.

Chandan Pharmacy Limited- A subsidiary of Chandan Healthcare Limited deals with the chain of retail outlets in the name of Chandan Pharmacy in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

Chandan Hospital Limited- A subsidiary of Chandan Healthcare Limited having Chandan Hospital at Lucknow.

Indra Diagnostic Centre & Blood bank Limited- A 100% subsidiary of Chandan Healthcare Limited is having Blood Bank at Lucknow and providing subsidized Radiology services at Gorakhpur Medical College.

Chandan Diagnostic Limited- A subsidiary of Chandan Healthcare Limited is the trading company and providing consumable to group companies at a very low price.

Chandan has achieved several milestones during the year and has become one of the fastest growing healthcare service provider in Northern India.

Last year has been the busiest year for Chandanas we establishedNew Diagnostic Centres at various places, up-graded and renovated many existing Diagnostic Centres and installed many state of the art equipment at various Diagnostic Centres.

Last year company invested more than Rs.150Millionin Diagnostic Services which is its maximum in a single year since inception. All these efforts will have a great impact for many years to come in terms of quality services and financial growth of the company.

Last year has also been the highlight year for our retail venture in Pharmacywhere we continued the roll out of Pharmacy Retail Stores during the year totaling to 25 stores. Our unique business model, a combination of Diagnostic services and Retail Pharmacy at the same premises will remain the main focus area in the near future.

Last year has also been the highlight year for our Hospital venture, Chandan Hospital, a 200 bedded multi-speciality and super-speciality hospital at Faizabad Road, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow is under construction and near to completion. We will have a modest start from 15thJuly,2018 and it will be fully operational from 2ndOctober,2018.

Life sciences Division has achieved great heights during the year in manufacturing more than 40 biochemistry reagents. It is contributing in a great manner to reduce the consumable expense of the company as well as providing highest quality standards of the reagents.

The strict quality control ensures a high level of accuracy in tests done at all the labs. All our Diagnostic Centers & Pharmacy Retail stores are ISO 9001-2008 certified.

We are proud to have 10 NABL Accreditations at various locations in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Delhi.

Information & Technology has been the major support in giving quality services through its indigenous software’s made by our own team headed by one of the Directors of the company.

The company has established a central referral lab, ChandanSpeciality Lab at Biotechnology Park, Lucknow, which is the first of its kind in Uttar Pradesh. The laboratory is a combination of state-of-the-art equipment, global best practices and an extensive intellectual capital and will make Chandan a front-runner in the area of pathology lab services. It is a central referral lab of the company and caters the northern part of India for special tests through its referral centres.

Chandan is affiliated with U.P.Govt under UPHSSP(Uttar Pradesh Health System Strengthening Project), a World Bank assisted project, giving free specialized diagnostic services to patients in 24 District Hospitals through its various diagnostic centres.

Our Healthcare industry is growing at a rate of 15% annually and we have achieved a commendable growth of 22% annually. The industry needs a minimum of 25% growth to meet the healthcare requirements of our country and fill the prevailing gap in the healthcare services. Our expansion plans in the Hospitals, Pharmacy and Diagnostic services are bound to contribute to the healthcare system.
